Legal Fees

Our fixed fee service for straightforward/standard Wills only are:

Single Will: £250 + VAT at 20%

Joint/Mirror Wills: £350 + VAT at 20%

Please note that if you have complex instructions or require Inheritance Tax advice, additional fees may be payable.

Our fixed fee service for a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) are:

Single LPA £395.00 + VAT at 20%

Double LPA £495.00 + VAT at 20%

If we prepare your LPA, we do not charge a fee to be your Certificate Provider.

Our Certificate Provider only fee is £150.00 + VAT at 20%

Please note that the Office of Public Guardian charge a registration fee of £82.00 per LPA (a reduced fee may apply for those on means-tested benefits or have a gross annual income of less than £12,000.00 )
